Volunteer

At the RRVM, volunteer opportunities encompass a broad range of abilities and interests. Options include leading tours of the Museum exhibits, helping in the gift shop, greeting guests, and facilitating children’s art projects.

How to Volunteer

To become an RRVM volunteer simply call or email us at 940-553-1848 or info@rrvmuseum.org! You will be invited to tour the museum and learn about the unique volunteer opportunities available. You will need to provide staff with a list of days you would like to volunteer and which tasks you would prefer to do. From this point you can be scheduled to volunteer at the museum on those set days or call the museum to come in on other days/special events!

“I have been going to this museum since I was a little girl and it only gets better. This little town cares about its history in a big, big way. Love going there! The volunteers take their jobs very seriously and will make sure that you get the most from your visit.”
