2021 Wine and Art Walk

Interested in displaying your artwork during this event? Please email cooper@rrvmuseum.org to reserve space for your work.
Drop Off Deadline: September 21st at 5pm
Please drop off or mail your artwork to the Red River Valley Museum. If dropping off, please text Cooper to ensure someone will be present to receive your work.
Red River Valley Museum: 4600 College Drive, Vernon, TX 76384
Set Up: TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Volunteers will begin hanging and displaying artwork around 2pm on September 25th. If you would like to help set up your artwork you may meet volunteers at the RRVM to help transport art, easels, and pedestals to venues.
Event Details: You are encouraged to attend! Locals will be milling about downtown from 4-7pm. The buildings used as gallery spaces will be open for people to wander through. If you are present, you will be able to network with other artists, meet potential buyers, and have an overall good time!
Selling of prints/merchandise: If you plan to sell anything other than your displayed artwork you must bring your own table and chair(s). Please inform Cooper of your plans by September 21st so we can ensure that you will have enough space for your booth.
Pick up Instructions:
If you attend the Wine Walk: Please pack up any unsold artwork and take it home with you that evening. You may pull vehicles closer to the building your work is displayed in to make loading up easier once the event is complete at 7pm.
If you do not attend the Wine Walk: Your artwork will be transported back to the RRVM. Please make plans to pick it up by Saturday, October 2nd.
